How To Beat:
This first time Chris and Sheva have to face this bat/bug thing, not a single shot should be fired until every mine has been used. For the rest of Resident Evil 5, mines are almost useless so getting the critical explosive damage will expose the soft glowy underbelly of Popokarimu. Shooting that will dispatch it easily.
Come the second time, Chris or Sheva should have a grenade launcher in their inventory - this is why it's here, so using the grenade launcher on Popokarimu should be a priority.
