The Umbrella facility located in the Arklay Mountains sure did like to experiment on all sorts of creatures, with spiders, snakes and even monkeys being up to try the T-Virus. At least one of these scientists that eventually went mad really enjoyed Jaws, it seems.

When Mother Neptune was subjected to strains of the T-Virus for bioweaponry testing, she was, in fact, pregnant, much to the scientist's surprise. After birth, only two of the twelve pups survived.

When either Chris or Jill encounter Mother Neptune, she will be with her two remaining pups in an overflowed facility which now resembles something out of Deep Blue Sea. This is thanks to scientists that went mad in the early stages of the Mansion Incident.

How To Beat:

Beating Mother Neptune is no hard task, but only quick thinkers will get past her. If Chris or Jill manage to make it past the knee-high shark infested water and then lower the level within the lab, they'll be cornered by the suffocating mother.

Thanks to the T-Virus, this won't happen anytime soon, so be sure to push the malfunctioning equipment into her last puddle for shocking results before passing those razor-sharp teeth.
