One of the larger members of the Afflicted infected with the T-Phobos virus, this big man might have the most obvious name of all Resident Evil bosses. Vulcan is meant to represent its use of fire against enemies and Blubber, well, for the sheer size of the beast. Capcom's creative department must've been taking a day off.
How To Beat:
Facing the lump is only challenging due to the waves of common afflicted that accompany it. Shooting this guy anywhere but the head is a huge mistake as its belly will end up absorbing most of Claire's bullets.
