Former FBC agent and partner to Raymond Vester, Rachel was sent to the Queen Zenobia to investigate the Veltro presence there before they separated and became ambushed by several Ooze. Trying her best to avoid the Ooze, she was finally cornered and fed on moments before Jill Valentine crossed her path.
Rachel doesn't mutate into a standard Ooze and is seemingly unkillable throughout Revelations. Only after the Queen Zenobia is destroyed is she finally presumed dead, but the her fate isn't the only unanswered question from the first Revelations.
How To Beat:
Rachel is a persistent boss that will show up at scripted moments to stalk the surviving members of the BSAA, such as Jill and Parker, throughout the game.
She is very resistant to standard gunfire, so when stunned, it is best to just run around her and get to the next section as fast as possible. She is very fast, unlike a Nemesis for example, and is incredibly difficult to manage with the added threat of incoming Ooze.
