Rumor: Wii U Development Trouble

Nintendo's rushing the Wii U to meet a rumoured June 2012 release date causing major issues?

Now this just a rumor but it comes from the same website (01.net) that started the rumor about the second 3DS circle pad, which we now know to be true. According to the report the Nintendo Wii U is being rushed in development to meet a rumored June 2012 release date. However, this has caused some major development problems. Some of the issues listed in the report are:
"inadequate" streaming and wireless functionality integral to the Wii U's innovative design," and "speculation that the console's main chip set "may be a tad too cheap. "So far, the wireless functions simply do not work at all," it continues, claiming that as a result, developers are working with a tethered controller which apparently "still does not work properly. Many developers are feeling lost, their progress impeded by a distinct lack of visibility, their working hours by the quasi-paced daily software updates,"
If this didn't come from a reliable source I probably would have dismissed it as development trouble that I am sure most console makers go through the first time around for a new console. However, I have heard other reports of this same rumor so I do believe it to be reliable, but there is still a lot of time for Nintendo to work out the kinks. Does any of this news worry you that Nintendo might be rushing the system out the door before it is ready?
