5. The Correct Type Of Stun To Mount An Olog

A small but meaningful differentiation, although the game does tell you that stunning an Olog will let you ride it, this is not the circle/B stun. Doing this will just leave you flattened.

Instead, wait for the Olog to do an attack that prompts the button icon to appear above their head, and then prod circle to trigger the stun animation. Hit R1/RB from here and you'll successfully mount the beast, and can steer it around to clean house.

The same goes for - weirdly - missions that task you with "stealth killing" or "stealth draining" enemies. Shadow of War actually wants you to pull off the specific close-quarters animation rather than bow n' arrow headshots or the ranged drain.

Hopefully things like this will be fixed in post-launch patches, but just note: Chances are it's not you, it's the game being fussy.
