Silent Hill: 10 Reasons A Hideo Kojima Reboot Would Be Awesome
2. His Track Record Speaks For Itself
Ever since Kojima first got into this great business of video games, he's created a vast stable of titles. While it's true that some fans have been somewhat disappointed with some of his contributions, one simply can't deny the level of impact that Kojima has had. Everything from Metal Gear to Zone of the Enders, even the somewhat more obscure Snatcher, Kojima has a legacy that few others can hope to match. So many of Kojima's titles end up on "best of" lists, and Metal Gear Solid 1 is often considered his greatest work. And I won't lie to you, even if my own personal preference is for Metal Gear Solid 3. Kojima has carved out an incredible career in this industry, and his name is often related with some of the most well-received and beloved games ever made. In gaming, there are very few men who can claim to be "giants". Certainly one can't leave out men like Shigeru Miyamoto, Ken Levine, Todd Howard, or even Minecraft creator Notch, but Kojima often has a very special place in the world of gaming. His name speaks volumes, and Metal Gear itself is one of the best selling franchises of all time. He may not be everyone's cup of tea, but his track record is pretty outstanding when you think about it.
