2. The Headless Horseman

Chances are some of you came across this spirit-version of the Headless Horseman back when you were first exploring Skyrim, yet reconciled it to "just some crazy thing you see" when roaming around in the dead of night. However although the Horseman is a very flighty sort, if you can track him long enough you'll finally come across a dilapidated gravesite, complete with a huge amount of loot to get stuck into. Sadly there's no dialogue options or boss encounters though, despite many of us thinking that pursuing him across half of the entire map would deliver such a thing.
