What it does: Produces a Ward-like effect when blocking, which protects the user from 50 points of magic damage.
Where to find it: Shrine of Peryite, northeast of Markarth
How to get it: Head to the shrine where Kesh will ask you to bring him the necessary ingredients to be able to communicate with Peryite - a Deathbell Flower and some Vampire Dust(from an alchemy store), a Flawless Ruby (pickpocket rich folk), and a Silver Ingot (blacksmith store). Peryite will then ask you to head to a nearby dungeon and despatch and replace his former champion - agree and the shield is yours.
