There is no limitation on used and loaned games, as far as the PlayStation 4 is concerned - Sony clearly evaluated the backlash that XBOX gamers gave Microsoft after the XBOX One reveal. If nothing else, you can at least say Sony is perceptive. Regardless of how Microsoft can recant statements and adjust their descriptions of the XBOX One, it is clear that Sony is easily the more accessible console - as well as being less expensive.
