Soul Calibur 6: 10 Guest Characters Namco Must Consider

7. Little Mac (Punch-Out!!)

Considering how popular the Nintendo Switch is at the moment, a Switch release for Soul Calibur 6 seems obvious. Who's the perfect exclusive character to include for Nintendo's console? Little Mac, of course.

Although Mario or Luigi may seem like more obvious choices, Little Mac makes much more sense. Both Mario and Luigi are much too cartoony for Soul Calibur's world, as well as not really having a wide variety of close combat moves to rely on. Little Mac on the other hand? He's got it all.

Little Mac isn't too stylishly developed to stand out horribly against the rest of the roster, whilst also managing to retain a level of Nintendo polish. Little Mac is also one of the most established close-combat fighters in the whole Nintendo universe, being able to take out Donkey Kong in the Wii version of Punch Out!.

A range of quick and heavy punches as well as lunges and leaps make Little Mac a speedy bruiser capable of dealing big damage quickly. Not to mention, he would be entirely unique because his boxing gloves could be his weapon - something that has never been done in Soul Calibur before.
