South Park The Stick Of Truth: 15 Most Hilariously Offensive Moments

9. Abortion Mini-Game

One of the tasks the girls give you is to dress up as a girl and visit the abortion clinic to find out if Jessie Rodriguez has had an abortion. Before we even open the doors of Unplanned Parenthood, we know this is going to go to some uncomfortable places: you're a young boy pretending to be a young girl who needs an abortion. After entering the doctor's office, the doctor makes the outrageously offensive quip, "A little young to be having an abortion, aren't we? It's OK, we have a booster seat." If the censors weren't doing back-flips by this point, they were never going to be. This leads to you having your butthole suctioned (the doctor somehow mistakes this for a vagina) in a crude mini-game, before you discover Randy Marsh dressed as a woman in one of the other rooms. To maintain your then-cover as a doctor, you're forced by government agents to perform an "abortion" on him, resulting in another mini-game in which you have to inject Randy's balls.
