South Park: The Fractured But Whole - 10 Most Notable Character Omissions

1. Mr. Garrison

In the bizarre world of South Park, former teacher Mr. Garrison has been a gay man, a lesbian woman, a gay man once more and President of the United States. He is one of two Donald Trump parody characters, the other being the Canadian President responsible for building the wall that prevents Fractured But Whole players from revisiting the 8-bit rendition of America's northern neighbour that appeared in The Stick Of Truth.

Following the prominence of Garrison's presidential campaign in season twenty, Trey Parker and Matt Stone claimed that they were done with Trump and politics for the time being, which may have been the cause of his omission from the game. Despite this, he has returned in small roles throughout the ongoing twenty first season, depicted as jaded in his role and unable to proceed with any of his ridiculous campaign promises regarding immigration.

Despite this, Mr. Garrison has been one of the most prominent adult characters throughout the entire history of the series and not even featuring him in a background role is somewhat mind boggling given the presence of hundreds of others (and plenty of new characters to up the maximum possible Coonstagram follower count) with far less importance, including the Member Berries that played a large part in his election.

A summon exploiting his presidential powers (such as nuking an enemy) could've been a fun way to include him, as could a cameo depicting his reaction to Mitch Conner's cheesing scheme.
