Spider-Man 2 PS5: 10 Alternate Costumes It MUST Include

It comes as no surprise that the most requested costume is the Symbiote Suit. Even before the game's release, fans were loudly calling for it's inclusion. Players have been disappointed with every update, but there's a good reason it's missing.

The 2018 game ends with an interesting tease of the Symbiote. As it reveals Harry Osborne's true whereabouts, a strange dark substance reaches out from his lifeless body. The scene seems to point towards another unique take from the game's writers. Many assume the result will be the introduction of Venom in the next installment, but with Harry as his human host.

In an interview with Kinda Funny Games, Insomniac's Creative Director Bryan Intihar provided further weight to the theory. Intihar stated "I think just making it an unlockable suit wouldn't be doing it justice", going on to clarify they want to tell the story "the Insomniac way".

Even though the Symbiote Suit has its origins with Parker himself as its first host, there is plenty of examples of host swapping in the source material. This gives the developers an easy way of Peter getting the suit from Harry during the main storyline.
