9. Punk Spider-Man

The Punk Spider-Man suit was introduced as part of the huge Spider-Verse event that took place across 2015. Punk Spider-Man isn't technically a variation on Peter's hero - he's Hobart Brown from Earth-138 - but this anarchic look is simply too cool to pass up. The suit is mostly similar to the classic red and blue, but the spiky additions and denim vest are great touches.

Hobart Brown's punk sensibilities served him well as he lead his own world's rebellion against their tyrannical President Osborn. He managed to land a crushing blow against Osborn's plotting when he bashed the villain over the head with a guitar before unmasking himself and leading an uprising.

Brown also calls on the power of immense sound waves from guitars and amps; this could translate into a bombastic approach where players would dive into conflict with reckless abandon time after time.
