During the first story mission where players are given control of Mary Jane, they're tasked with infiltrating Rosemann's Antiques - the locale where Kingpin has stored most of his artefacts.

The name is shared with Marvel Games' Executive Director Bill Rosemann, who's been presiding over the resurgence of Marvel titles following the collapse of Activision's deal.
