4. Black/Symbiote
In the current comics continuity, the Klyntar (the race of symbiotes of which Venom is just one) haven't reached Earth yet, potentially being the reason a true black suit isn't in the game.
However, this outfit hasn't always been thought of as a living creature, and instead started off as merely another costume in Peter Parker's wardrobe, though one forged on the Battleworld of the original 1984 Secret Wars.
Yes, if Insomniac were to add this suit to this game most people would see it as the Venom symbiote, but it would certainly be worth that misconception to be able to swing around this virtual New York in one of Spidey's most iconic looks.
Alternatively, if a story reason is deemed necessary, then surely the symbiotic version of the costume could be introduced in one of the yet-to-be-revealed DLCs, or, if it must, a future game.
