6. Electro
The fifth, and currently final, member of the Sinister Six to be confirmed, Electro, along with the rest of his Spider-hating cohorts, leads the Raft prison break shown off at this year's E3, giving Spider-Man a positively-charged welcome as he arrives to contain the looming threat.
Contrary to Rhino, Vulture and Scorpions' roles in the escape, Electro announces himself with a sizeable speaking role in the trailer, prompting the belief that he could be either the Sinister Six's leader or, at the very least, a major player in the story akin to Mister Negative.
We receive confirmation at the climax of the very same trailer that the group's leader is yet to be revealed, but given his comparatively larger speaking role in goading Spider-Man to chase him around the entire interior (and exterior) of the prison, Electro still appears to be a matter of import.
It should be noted, too, that Mr Dillon is on the extreme end of the spectrum in terms of the general power level of Spidey's foes, and if his dedicated boss battle is anywhere near as impressive as one Wilson Fisk's, then we're in for a wild ride.
