This might seem like a nitpick to some, but for VR owners, it feels like a hugely missed opportunity that Battlefront 2 doesn't even have a basic VR version of Starfighter Assault.

After EA released a Star Wars X-Wing VR experience last December to commemorate the release of Rogue One, which remains one of the best VR experiences to date, many expected Battlefront 2 to feature some sort of VR support, but sadly not.

While it's entirely possible such a mode could be patched in at some point, it's probably best not to expect anything, even if last year's experience proved just how well-suited VR is to the Star Wars universe.

As disappointing as the game is, it's not all bad, and hell, some of it is actually genuinely fun...
