8. Make Finn A Protagonist
Played by John Boyega in the upcoming film, Finn (like many other characters to appear in Episode VII) is shrouded in mystery. However, if one theory is to be believed playing as him would make perfect sense within the Battlefront context. The only shot seen of Finn in the teaser trailer for The Force Awakens shows him donning stormtrooper armour and looking visibly distressed. Whilst Luke and Han famously wore trooper armour as a disguise to rescue princess Leia, chances are Finn might not be wearing it to hide himself as once thought. After Order 66 the Empire saw fit to gradually phase out its cloning programme, and began to recruit humans from across the galaxy to fill the ranks of the Imperial Forces. Could this mean that Boyega is playing an imperial recruit turned reluctant Jedi hero? If so it would make a great deal of sense to play as the character prior to experiencing The Force Awakens in theatres. Without spoiling the movie of course, fleshing out Finn's backstory in Battlefront would be the perfect way to tie the game into Episode VII's storyline.
