6. Jaro Tapal

For the bulk of the game's story, Cal's Jedi Master Jaro Tapal is basically your garden variety trainer character, appearing in occasional, convenient flashbacks to basically dole out new Force abilities to the player.

He barely feels like much of a character at all in these sequences, though comes into his own once we witness the execution of Order 66, where Jaro heroically fights off the clones while helping clear a path for a young Cal.

Jaro gets a few badass moments to show off his considerable Force abilities, and only finally goes down after taking an obscene number of blaster shots.

He's still not really fleshed out enough for us to care that much about his death, especially as it's so damn predictable, but his subsequent appearances as a Force spirit to aid Cal are pretty neat.
