Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League - 10 Squad Members Rocksteady Must Include

9. Catman

Deathstroke Suicide Squad
DC Comics

"Catman" may sound like a silly name, but he definitely has a lot to offer to the squad. Being the world's best tracker, Catman could detect approaching enemies or find key items that the rest of the team couldn't locate.

He has a natural empathy for wild animals and can command them to attack on his behalf. Because he is an Olympic-level athlete, an expert hand-to-hand combatant, and owns a vast supply of gadgets, he seems like the perfect person for the inevitable boss battle with Batman (depending on whether he really did survive Arkham Knight's finale).

If you're worried playing as him will feel like a retread of the Batman: Arkham franchise, Catman has a power that will definitely make him stand out. The pre-Crisis version of the character has a magical suit that endows him with nine lives. Imagine watching Catman getting shot, stabbed, or impaled, only to have him rise up a moment later. It would make sense for Amanda Waller to hire him since he is the only one who can walk away from a literal suicide mission.

Since the squad members are always riffing on each other, there's sure to be a lot of banter about how Catman stole Catwoman's shtick.
