Super Mario Party: 10 Best & 10 Worst Minigames

3. WORST: Time To Shine

It doesn't help that this rhythm-based minigame isn't particularly well explained, but the limitations of the Switch's motion controls become abundantly clear here.

The goal is to mimic the movements of the dancer on the stage, but in our play-tests the game didn't always recognise this, resulting in actions being ignored completely.

This can make the game a little frustrating, especially if you're playing against CPU opponents, though at least you can laugh at how maddeningly unresponsive it is if you're playing with actual people.

This definitely had potential, but it sadly ends up being the weakest rhythm game in the pack due to the ropey technical implementation.
