1. Bomberman
Bomberman is the number one choice for many fans to join Super Smash Bros. and its easy to see why. As well as being an iconic character in one of the best-selling video game series of all time, Bomberman is also closely associated with Nintendo platforms, despite being a third-party creation. Beginning life as a top-down maze game where players have to blow-up their opponents while dodging explosions themselves, the Bomberman series, and its main character, has evolved to incorporate 3D adventure games, racing titles and RPGs. If the explosives-loving hero also makes the transition to Nintendos premier fighting series, it goes without saying that bombs will make up his main attack, but he could also be given a more physical set of moves. His Final Smash though, would surely have to be one huge explosion. Bomberman has also appeared on all Nintendo consoles except for the 3DS and Wii U, so a Super Smash Bros. appearance would give him the full-house that he needs.
