Despite SSB creator Masahiro Sakurai stating that he wouldn’t want any characters from anime to hop aboard the Smash train, if any exceptions were allowed surely it would be for the show that popularised Japanese animation in the west.

Dragon Ball has one of the most enthusiastic fanbases on the planet, and surely the equally passionate Smash fans would be happy with the defender of Earth, Son Goku or the Prince of all Saiyans, Vegeta, to join the fight.

These characters live to fight so the transition to Smash should be relatively easy.

Perhaps a Final Smash special featuring one or both of the beloved fused fighters Vegito or Gogeta? On second thought, would their inclusion even be fair considering their power level now far exceeds 9000?
