The Elder Scrolls: 10 Best Morrowind Quests

7. Boethiah's Quest

Elder Scrolls Morrowind
Bethesda

"Rough hands to smooth stone, Carving rock instead of bone, In Caldera an artist waits, His masterpiece to create."

Poor old Daedric Prince Boethiah... His once glorious shrine lies in ruins and the priests no longer chant his name.

He is a forgotten soul; an artist formerly known as Prince, you might say...

Why don't we help him out?

In this quest the player is tasked by Boethiah with rebuilding his ruined shrine, that the people of Morrowind may once again worship him as they once did.

In order to do so, an orc sculptor named Duma Gro-Lag must be sought out and convinced to aid you in your Daedric endeavours.

The orc agrees to help on two conditions: (1) you pay for the repairs, and (2) you must bring him a certain book.

Obviously, he doesn't know the name of the book, so instructs you to "Ask book guys" for more info.

Cheers mate; helpful as ever.

Ultimately, the work is done and the Daedric Prince pleased that he is once again trending.

He rewards you with an ancient, one-off, legendary sword named Goldbrand, which is said to have been forged by the Dragons of the North.

Pretty cool, eh?
