Zombie games have been in need of an evolution for quite awhile, and The Walking Dead game is aiming to change that with an experience driven by story and choice. Actions you take will affect your gameplay experience in meaningful ways. If story and character interaction was not one of the main focuses in mind as Telltale Games develops their vision, it truly wouldn't be a Walking Dead game. In the newest installment of Playing Dead, Robert Kirkman brings us reassurance that Telltale is staying true to the spirit of the series. With exclusive gameplay debuting, we get a taste of what players will be able to experience once the game releases in April. Highlight the same style of gameplay you'd come to expect from Telltale Games, such as adventure style point and click games. It seems that the actual gameplay will be be slower, as in the comics, yet it seems that this may actually benefit the game. Walking Dead appears to be more interactive comic book, than true gaming experience, but what's there truly to complain about?
