The Witcher 3: 10 Hardest Boss Battles You MUST Find

Jenny O' the Woods - or Jen'O to her friends - is most certainly the hardest early game boss you'll face in the Witcher 3.

This boss can be found in Midcopse, quite soon after leaving White Orchard, and will introduce starry eyed players to the concept of "risky exploration." Because after this fight, you likely won't be so blasé about wandering into an open field in the dead of night.

The particularly vengeful nightwraith will attack Geralt as if he's the sole arbiter of all her woes, so be very prepared for a frantic melee. Spectre oil is a definite for this one. Not to mention the Yrden sign, as good ol' Jenno will be ethereal and invincible without it.

Yet despite her difficulty, this boss is unmissable, as it's a valuable teaching moment for all newer players. If you don't come prepared, you'll fail, so its almost a guarantee that after this fight you'll have a much better understanding of potions, oils, bombs and signs than you did before.
