It seems CDPR are well aware of the other dark fantasy the world is currently enamoured by, and if you just hang around near the main provinces of Toussaint's impressive castle structures, eventually a young girl running past you will say "My brother gave me a sword! I named it Needle!"

Needle is the same name Arya Stark gives her pin-thin blade after Jon Snow (her adopted brother) gifts it to her in season one of the show. This marks the second Thrones reference I'm aware of, as you can also find a sword named Longclaw in the base game - the signature weapon of Jon Snow.
