The Witcher 3 DLC Wishlist: 8 Things Fans Demand

3. Playstyle-Specific Mission Labels

A really neat feature in W3 is the signposting of certain enemies and quests being too high a level for whatever your Geralt may currently be at. Nearly all of us saw a red skull icon and had a go anyway - only to get skewered within seconds - but it definitely that helps establish a risk/reward mentality, alongside letting you in on how far you've come when you dominate a particularly troublesome foe later down the line. However, in a future patch or through the expanded DLC packs, why not introduce missions labelled by what traits they favour? It ties into the earlier point about monster variety, as if you're heading into a quest that's more dialogue-heavy, players who've ranked up their Axii ability will be right at home. Likewise for those of us looking to play something that's more combat-focussed, it could be denoted by a red label letting you know beforehand what to prioritise.
