Top 10 Skyrim Quests

6. The House of Horrors

Another of Windhelm€™s native quests, it€™s also another pretty morbid one. There must be something in the water. There are a few ways to pick the quest up but running across Vigilant Tyranus outside one of the houses in Windhelm is the most likely. He quickly recruits you into his investigation of Daedric activity within. Upon entry it soon becomes apparent that there are forces at work here neither you nor Tyranus fully comprehended going in. When a voice in your head starts urging you to kill your companion, it€™s he who in fact makes the first move against you - turns out the voice was in his head too €“ but obviously, the outcome is still inevitable. It€™s a cool little quest that comes out of nowhere and screams more horror than fantasy. At the end you€™ll be gifted with the Mace of Molag Bal, a great Daedric weapon if you can make use of it (and essential if you€™re going for the Oblivion Walker achievement/trophy).
