In the market square - the same one as the Papers, Please easter egg - head over to the women selling apples from their baskets. Interact with one, and then take the apple through the square and to the man with the lemur on his shoulder.

You can trigger the lemur either way as it will jump back on your shoulder one last time as you walk away, but the 'Don't Feed The Animals' trophy is contingent on giving the creature a piece of fruit first.
