8 Massive Predictions For Universal Studios' Nintendo Theme Park

5. Animal Crossing Village

Even though Universal Studios is known for its thrilling rides and attractions, that doesn't mean it doesn't have more mellow zones to accommodate for families and young children. With Nintendo being known for its family-friendly ethos (though the very creation of a theme park may be an attempt to get away from this slightly, or at least expand it) there will undoubtedly be a range of attractions meant for a younger audience.

Thinking about innocent Nintendo properties completely devoid of any threat, the prime example that springs to mind is Animal Crossing. As the game is a sort of life simulator that features no conflict other than bills, failing to catch a certain bug and poor home decorating skills, it seems the perfect franchise to draw on when making something for the youngsters. With its cutesy cast of animal characters, Animal Crossing Village could feature a ton of costumed actors wandering around the area, alongside games based on simple tasks like fishing and bug catching.

An area decked out with flowers and fruit trees would make for a very visually appealing area; bright and infinitely colourful. Live music by K.K. Slider would also translate well into a fun kid's show that could run every couple hours.
