The Walking Dead Season 2: 5 Saddest Death Scenes So Far

1. Lee

I think most of us knew the exact direction €“ plot point for plot point - that Telltale was heading towards with the Lee/Clementine bonding: Lee would train her how to survive throughout the apocalypse - and either how to maintain or let go of her morality - before fulfilling his destiny of a tragic death. Whether you were ready for it or not couldn€™t change a single thing regarding how emotionally crippling the execution would be: all throughout episode 5, from the moment Lee is bitten you know his fate is sealed. In a last ditch effort you could go through with an arm amputation, praying that the comic logic wouldn€™t apply to the video game adaptation, but it€™s all white noise. Telltale designed their game around a bonding that would never be forgotten, largely thanks to player interaction. These writers eloquently provided us the tools to mold Clementine into whatever we saw practical to survive, and we will take those teachings into Season 2.
