The number of NPCs in the game allows for some of the same comic dynamics that the GTA universe profits from so much, but the benefit in Watch Dogs is that you can scan every NPC you can encounter wandering around Chicago for some gags added to their bios, from the worrying sexual appetites of Oliver Shaftsbury above to the surprising revelations from the private lives of even the most respectable looking couples:
