Clearly !*$% not as this is possibly the cheapest boss in the entire game....and it is not a rat. This is a dog. A mangy dog, but a dog nonetheless with a move-set you've just lifted from Sif, and that good boy deserves better than this.
And we deserve better than the !*$% toxic inflicting rats that you chose to couple the Authority with.
