Pink Rathian scores brownie points for being the first of the altered forms of a regular monster. She does fight in a largely similar way to the regular version of the Rathian and has many of the same weaknesses but is way more aggressive.

The only bad thing to say about the Pink Rathian is that out of all the variants for monsters in the game, it's the one that closely resembles the original monster.

However, she does also have some excellent materials that hunters can use to create some fantastic kit, making it fun to fight against her again and again.
