What We Know About Resident Evil: Village So Far

3. They Are All At Least 62 Years Old

The notes you can find around the mansion are dated from 1958 - and we already know that Village has to take place after Resident Evil 7. The note is from someone who had just begun working in the mansion and documents Lady Dimitrescu and her 3 daughter's treatment of her and other staff as well as their affinity for winemaking.

Lady Dimitrescu herself being conceivably in her 60s isn't anything to write home about - but the three daughters one of which we catch a few glances of as she tries to wring our necks definitely look younger. Whilst they might not be 8ft tall with claw arms, she's definitely just as terrifying.

However visually she only looks to be about 20-30 years old. And if her daughters were also in their 60s, that would make Lady Dimitrescu at least somewhere in the 80s range although more likely older if a vampire's track record is anything to go by especially considering the earliest date we can find in the notes is the 15th Century.

There is also the question of what had happened in those 62 years between the servant's notes and modern day. The characters are all dressed in period attire, the house looks (mostly) well maintained for being so old, and the only even slightly modern device is a rotary phone. Did something put them into hibernation? Where did all the servants go?

Either way, may we say, Lady Dimitrescu, you don't look a day over 55.
