Which Top Star Thinks WrestleMania 36 Will Be WWE's Mortal Kombat?

If Johnny Cage vs. Sub-Zero gets added to the card, prepare to pop...

Brock Lesnar Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre might win the prize for 'Most Original WrestleMania 36 Vision'.

During an interview with Sports Illustrated, the big Scot spoke about how happy he is that WWE decided to plough ahead with 'Mania 36 rather than cancelling the event. Then, McIntyre likened the lack of organic atmosphere both nights will have to Mortal Kombat.

If Drew performs 'Babality' on Brock Lesnar right there in the WWE Performance Center, he'll certainly have his own WrestleMania moment, and a unique one at that.

Seriously though, it is pretty cool to think that characters like Raiden, Sub-Zero, Johnny Cage and Baraka might be running through the WWE Title challenger's mind when he marches to the ring inside the PC. There are also weird 'final boss' similarities between Brock and MK fighters like Goro and Kintaro.

Maybe that makes Paul Heyman, the man pulling the strings behind Lesnar, Shang-Tsung?

Obviously, McIntyre was trying to rationalise what it'll be like to work 'Mania without any fans, but he might've accidentally stumbled upon a cool visual for fans watching at home. This could be explained as 'WWE: The Mortal Kombat Years' someday.
