WWE '13: 10 Things THQ Needs To Fix

7. Online Stability

Despite having an extremely fast and stable fibre-optic line, the number of times I'm disconnected from WWE '12 - especially when playing with people who are on similarly robust connections - is ridiculous. THQ's online suite has come along leaps and bounds in recent years, as it has focused more on stat-tracking, and in the wake of games like Call of Duty, has also incentivised play, which no doubt makes the game more enjoyable and heightens the competitive appeal. But being cut-off half-way through an intense game occurs far too often, and becomes infuriating when it happens for the third or fourth time during a single session of play. In this day and age, is it really acceptable for random disconnections to happen like this? Developers have had years to master this sort of thing, and in games like Call of Duty, it doesn't happen all that often, so why here?
