WWE '13: 10 Things THQ Needs To Fix

5. Awkward Commentary

This has been a long-standing critique of the WWE games, and seems like a pretty easy one to fix in all honesty. There simply is not enough commentary recorded to accommodate all the action, quickly giving it a repetitive feel, especially when compared to other sporting games such as FIFA, which manage to get away with it no problem. Also, quite often the commentary will not even relate to what is taking place on screen, which proves annoying and even a little distracting at times. Also, in WWE '13, the attempt to spice things up by importing commentary from actual WWE broadcasts is only partly successful, as often it is played inappropriately, when a related incident is not taking place on screen. We can admire THQ's effort to try something different, but it doesn't always work. So, the solution? On the whole, just record some more damn commentary; it's a piece of cake.
