5. Papa Shango
It's surprising to me that a wrestler as memorable as Papa Shango hasn't appeared in a WWE video game since WWF Super WrestleMania, back in the Mega Drive days. With his unique appearance and tendency to "curse" other wrestlers - apparent mainly in a feud with the Ultimate Warrior - he was certainly a force to be reckoned with, if never really used to his full potential. He even has a WrestleMania moment, running in during the Hulk Hogan vs. Sid Justice bout at WrestleMania VIII, even if he did screw up his cue and force the end of the match to be essentially improvised. Charles Wright may have enjoyed more success under gimmicks such as Kama and The Godfather, but this Baron Sademi rip-off was for me his most intense and enjoyable enigmatic character, even if it wasn't as profitable for all involved. As a result, perhaps that's why he's never shown up as a legend in these games, but he damn well should do.
