1. The "Defeat The Streak" Mode
Of course, with the addition of "30 Years of WrestleMania", the new story mode wouldn't quite be complete without having an Undertaker-centric theme thrown in to accompany it. In 2K14, fans can attempt to defend or end The Undertaker's "Streak", which earlier this year was pushed to 21 matches won and zero lost at WrestleMania. Choosing to defend the streak will pit the player in a Slobberknocker-style bout whereby they have to see off a series of challengers, while trying to end it will see you take on 'Taker in a "boss mode" style duel. When attempting to end the streak once and for all, gamers will encounter a series of challenges. The Phenom's stamina will recharge faster than yours, he will store finishing moves quicker, and just when you think youve scored the pinfall, the lights will turn off and back on again, and hell be standing behind you waiting to deliver a chokeslam. We're pleased that 2K are paying homage to one of WWE's greatest superstars, in a game that we think has already made a claim for the title of the best in the series to date.
