WWE 2K15: 10 Epic Sting Matches That Must Be Included

5. War Games (WrestleWar 1992)

Wargames92 Sting captained "Sting's Squadron", consisting of himself, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, Dustin Rhodes, Barry Windham, and Nikita Koloff. They faced off against Paul E. Dangerously's (Paul Heyman) Dangerous Alliance, consisting of "Stunning" Steve Austin, "Ravishing" Rick Rude, Arn Anderson, "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton, and Larry Zbyszko. Ten men. Ten solid-to-great in-ring workers. If you polled fans and asked them to choose the best War Games match of all-time, this would probably end up being the winner. Just a great mix of violence and technical wrestling, with everyone involved wrestling motivated. Outside of Sting, the match was basically nothing but people who were in the midcard scene at the time, and putting them in a match like this was pretty risky, even if they were good workers, especially since it main evented a pay-per-view. It also has the distinction of being the final WCW match given a perfect five-star rating by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, if you're into those kinds of things.
