WWE 2K15: 10 Reasons Why It Must Recreate The Monday Night Wars

1. We Can Finally Move On

Seriously, this nineties nostalgia has run its course. If the next step is early 21st century nostalgia, kill me now. I don't want to see the Undertaker on a motorcycle, and I sure as hell don't want to hear Limp Bizkit or Kid Rock ever again. Okay, so it's kind of neat that we can relive the nineties on DVD and streaming video. A Monday Night Wars video game would be the final piece of the puzzle, a vindication of every old school fan's hopes and dreams. For fans who don't enjoy the new product, it would be a welcome deviation. For fans who still watch Smackdown, it would allow for a clearer view of wrestling's vast history. Above all, though, a Monday Night Wars game would bring wrestling fans together, perhaps convincing old dorm buddies to call each other up for the first time in years, get together, and have a blast. That's what video games, wrestling, and entertainment are all about. Can it happen? To quote a prominent former wrestling commentator in gaudy blazer, "Anything can happen in the WWE."
