WWE 2K15: 9 Reasons It MUST Be WWF vs WCW

4. Roster Switches

The most fun aspect of any football managing simulation game is transfers... managing your squad and finding new additions to make your team the best it could be. This also happens to be what made the Monday Night Wars so fun. One night you might be watching Chris Benoit win the WCW Title and the next night he could end up on Monday Night Raw along with his buddies Guerrero, Malenko and Saturn. Acquiring superstars from other companies as their contracts are about to expire brings a new exciting element to the game. Chris Jericho starts off as a WCW performer but with him reluctant to sign an extension, he's there for the taking for WWF to acquire. However, give Jericho a couple of main events and even a short run with the World Title and a pay increase maybe he'll sign that extension and commit his future. History and events changing by every decision you make, and affecting your budget and profit/loss. Handling the debut of a superstar... choosing the best way to introduce them. Do you debut Jericho in WWE as a heel or a face? Do you give him the countdown entrance or try and do something else with him? Limitless possibilities. One way to keep the game from getting stale with a bunch of wrestlers from yesteryear would be having "free agents" available and guys in your developmental. Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Randy Orton and Batista could be in WWE developmental and you could choose to call them up at any time. "Free agents" like Rob Van Dam could also be available for either roster to sign up... additionally current stars such as The Miz, Kofi Kingston and Brodus Clay could be introduced onto the scene to keep the game interesting as some wrestlers look to retire (Mankind in WWE could decide to retire after a couple of years into the game in 2000).
