WWE 2K16: 10 Awesome Old Features That Must Return
6. More Customisation Options For Create-An-Entrance
The very first title to offer the 'Create-A-Wrestler' function on a widespread basis was WWF War Zone, a game released in 1998. Previously, Super Fire Pro Wrestling 3 had offered a basic creation package, but that was a game only released in Japan for the Super Famicom in 1993. War Zone opened up seemingly infinite possibilities for fans who had grand ideas for new characters, they could now replicate them and wrestle the stars. As time has rolled on, the Create-A-Wrestling mode has expanded, right up to enabling gamers to create and mould their own specific entrance animations for their new invention. That's a terrific feature, one which has previously excelled on many platforms - for example, WWE '13 had a tremendous wealth of options, and that's just one example, other games have had it too. WWE 2K15 does not, which is again startling. After all, why not? Where did all the stock animations go? Instead of allowing players to spend hours fine-tuning their entrance, 2K15 tries to rush the process a little more, forcing people to choose the same entrance movements of an already-existing superstar. What's the point in taking so much time to make a new wrestler, only to have him walk to the ring like John Cena?
