Out of all the new wrestlers in WWE 2K16, Kevin Owens is undoubtedly the pick of the bunch. He'll be the newbie that gamers are keenest to buy the game for, especially because he's been pushed so hard on WWE television this year. Fans will also be keen to play as him because he's got such a great moveset, and the game will even feature his ROH package piledriver. That's notable, because that move is banned in WWE. He'll account for game sales based on the fact this is his first ever 2K appearance. Some fans would've been content with WWE 2K15, but it could make a difference knowing they can get Owens by buying 2K16. Sure, there are other newbies too, but none at the level of what Owens debut year has been. He's defeated John Cena clean and became the Intercontinental Champion. He's arguably the fastest rising star in the company, and fans will look forward to playing as him for the first time. He's definitely going to be a factor in sales.
