WWE 2K16: 10 Simple Fixes That Would Make It Awesome

1. Weapons

Chair shots to the head have been banned on WWE programming for years, but you're still able to mercilessly batter your opponent around the skull with one in WWE 2K16. As fun as that might be, it's not even remotely accurate, and the fact that new animations have once again not been made for the use of weapons (some have clearly been tweaked in order to look a little more realistic, but the general movements are identical to previous years) is a major disappointment which makes this game feel more than a little outdated. It would have also been nice to see the choice of weapons on offer get something of an overhaul. While the PG Era of WWE may only utilise chairs and kendo sticks for the most part, a trash can surely wouldn't hurt, and the monitors from the announce table becoming usable weapons is also long overdue in these games. Even a greater focus on the two weapons above would be nice, whether it's being able to choke someone out with a kendo stick or a generally more realistic portrayal of how a chair is used. Weapons in the game also feel far too weak, and them being a little more lethal would have been a nice touch to really lend some credibility to the matches in which players can utilise them. Instead, they feel like little more than props.
