4. Jack Swagger - 85

Thank goodness that fledgling rivalry with Alberto Del Rio - which could still be chugging along by the time this article is published - brought a modicum of relevancy back to Jack Swagger. The former World Heavyweight Champion has been MIA for much of 2015 - meaning that he deserves nowhere near the rating he's been given in 2K16. Of course the frankly confusing storyline with Del Rio will end with Swagger on the losing end, and from there it remains to be seen where he can go from there. Expect his rating to take a huge hit in 2K17, unless Cesaro wants to reform the Real Americans. That looks like it could be his only saving grace heading into the new year.
